This prize pic is one of two prizes for . He was 1st place in the group's theme contest. For one of his prizes, he requested a pic of Tails and Nicole having fun at the beach while playing volleyball against another team. Whoever they played against wasn't all too important, so I figured that the two would be against Mina and Ash. Tails is shown slamming the ball down on the opposing team's side while Nicole shows an expression of joy. Mina is suddenly in worry since Ash missed the ball when trying to dive for a block.

The coloring work is very well done, and the expressions fit the moment nicely, especially Mina's! though I feel that the position tails is in, seems awkward. it doesn't really look like he jumped and hit the volley ball. I think maybe if his legs weren't bending, it would look better. plus the lines going up from his arm look almost attached, due to that the coloring on it looks like his arm.
Though I am liking that you're sticking Similarly to one of the comic book styles. Good luck on future art pieces!

Thanks, Tails was really tough to draw in regards to making some notion of occurring motion in hitting the volleyball. It probably would've been better if I got rid of the outlines connected to his arm that are in part motion. The legs were a challenge too. I definitely could've done better by not having the legs bent, so that it looks like he's jumping.
For a lot of Sonic-related works, I prefer sticking with the similar styles of the artists of the comics. Thanks for the comment.
