First you will need the HTC Home 2.0
Downlaod & Extract HTC Home 2 (PORTABLE VERSION [IMPORTANT])GO HERE [link]
1)Go to the folder where you have extracted all the files
2)Copy and replace these two pics with the one already in the foder Widgets\Weather Clock\Resources\
3)Start the program.
