So MUJI recently opened a local store and I couldn’t help but stock up on stationery, I love their pens! They write fantastically and feel great to use

Speaking of stationery, I also picked up some MUJI notebooks! They have a nice balance of minimalism and functionality, so much so that I drew Viri on the cover of one (*´꒳`*) I’m pretty pleased with how well the cover held up with copics and pigment ink, there’s no bleeding, bleedthrough, or pilling.

I’ve also tweaked Viri’s design slightly with some small changes; most notably her nose, scale size, and hair, which she now wears in a short ponytail in homage to her kirin heritage, whose manes typically flow upwards. I’m (very) slowly working on a new, updated ref sheet for Viri, so this is just a sneak peek at her new look c:
