Description
Originally, Jolly had no real importance in the second version of "World Gates". He was mostly used for comady by using bombs and laughing at the other characters as the smoke cleared. Jolly finally had an actual role during the third version, like most characters did, mostly being a playboy gambler.It was revealed that Jolly is the 7th Hitokage "Joylez the Uroboros". [link]

Another really great character design that I never got around to complimenting like I wanted. For Starters the cloths. I don't know where you came up with the idea. However they are beyond stylish. The Red and yellow colors combine with the diamond patters on the scarf and cuffs. To give him the professional gambler look as if he is a living card. It works very well for him.
The partly detached sleeves and ankle warmers are what give him that extra little bit of unique flare. Giving the notion of a very well toned body underneath all that fur. Although the hair style does remind me a bit of both Tails and Bunny from the Sonic comics. That he still manages to keep a unique flavor of his own and its highlighted in the spade tattoo on his ear.
As for the his personality in the W.G. I don't know were to start why this guy is an instantly lovable character. This guy with all his power has lots of dimensions to him. He shows a lot of week points, from fears, in his self conscious mind, and while having just about anything he want he still has moments of suicide. That is what gives his character depth, dimension, and personality. He has to struggle with his own inner demons That go beyond his Hitokage form. He has moments of memory laps, and questions his own identity. And he doesn't have to spell out or make a statement that he is doing it. It shows up in his facial expressions and actions.
Call me what you want but I still say he's one of you most well developed characters. On the facts that you gave him character compared to being a character. Anyway that might just be me. But keep on doing what you do and I'll try to get to more characters.

Wow... thanks for the compliment. I've had Jolly since '03 so he's gotten more attention like Viro, Vilitan, Feala, Nitros, and others from that time. His "Joylez" form was the only new thing to be added to him while still keeping his personality.

I still don't understatnd the rank system. Like how Meadow is the second strongest and be number 12. While Jolly is 3 strongest and number 7. As far as I know the Nunber only represents rank and not strength.

Their numbers are mainly just to tell who's older than who, 1 being the oldest and 13 being the youngest. Those with black numbers are the strongest while the ones with white numbers are the weakest. This doesn't mean that the white nubers can't beat characters such as Viro or Essence, it just means that they have a hard chance of topping their stronger siblings.
