As reference is in Russian, I'll translate some info for my foreign watchers.Name: Alise Henrietta Miller

Temper: Kind, fair, courageous, independent. Sometimes she's too stubborn. She is a leader, and she dislikes when someone doesn't respect her opinion. As Alise get outside of shipbuilding and loves sea and ships with all her heart, she always dreamt to become a pirate, so when she was 10 years old, she dressed like a boy and snucked on a pirate ship. Subsequently she won the respect of pirates and has proved everyone's opinion that she's going to be a good captain.
Sometimes she's called 'A woman with man's soul'. Alise is unwavering in making decisions. She is judiciously. Even if everyone will be against her, she'll continue to fight, and to defend her point of view.
