Here is a family portrait of Valentina's mom and dad, Sophie and Cirrus (Sophie on the left and Cirrus on the right, in case you don't know ).

Cirrus is a humble guy from Nimbus Land, with strange hair and green overalls. The youngest out of his family, Cirrus was always short for his age, and was constantly picked on by his peers all the way into high school. He's a little on the eccentric side, and always had a deep voice, even in childhood, hence his nickname "Thunder". By the time he met Sophie, he worked as a mechanic under his own business, called "Cloud 9 Motorcycles". After having Valentina though, he closed up shop and had begun settling down in his cottage with Sophie and his child.

Sophie, a young, carefree, yet compassionate brunette, had stumbled into the Mushroom Kingdom when she was 11 years old. She was cared for by a local Toad couple (names were kept anonymous) until she was of legal age to be on her own. By 18, she went to Nimbus Land to find her own place. She met and was rescued by Cirrus after a feral gang of Tub-O-Troopas had cornered and almost attacked her. She fell in love with him and married him 15 months later. She gave birth to Valentina on Feb. 14, on Valentine's Day, around the age of 23.

Valentina is a cute Mammanerain child (read "A Lonely Star In The Clouds" for more on the term Mamma) who was born in Nimbus Land. At an early age, she was incredibly smart. She was able to talk and speak when she was almost 2 years old, and learned to write and read when she was 4. Her personality (which still is the same today in her adult years ) was very adorable, very caring, almost always a happy demenour with her parents, and was extremely energenic. Her father once said, "I'm sure if you tied a rope around her, and fastened it to an oak tree, she'd run with it, roots and all!"

At the age of 5 or 6 years old though, she became separated from her parents after wandering too far during their family vacation to a tropical island (name yet to be determined). She was found by Inko, a hat in the shape of a bird, and he promised to help find her parents. Along the way, the pair had met Dodo, who was kicked out of his tribe after an unknown dispute, and all three travelled together ever since.

As time went on though, Inko slowly began persuading Valentina of finding ways to locate her parents by trying to become Queen of Nimbus Land. Eventually, she did when she was out of her teen years, and became totally under Inko's control. Dodo, who never did trusted Inko, had begun watching over Valentina to keep her safe and to find a way to foil Inko's plans.

After Mario, Mallow, and the others had defeated Valentina, she met Booster and he offered to marry her. She accepted after some "persuasion". However, Booster gets cold-feet and runs out before the wedding vows, but the two individuals decided to become close friends afterwards. Her affection for Booster being too great for his hypnosis, Inko fled from Valentina's head and off to parts unknown. He was followed by Dodo, making sure the evil bird hat never tries to manipulate anyone again. When morning came, Valentina had almost no recollection of either Inko or Dodo.

And that's a brief history of Valentina's life. Some info may be changed to accomedate for new info, but I hope you enjoy this little backstory. Especially you, !
