Drewsarchusmon, Nihoumons Ultralevel.He's based of Andrewsarchus mongoliensis, a carnivorous hooved animal that lived during the Eocene, about 45 and 36 million years ago.
So, no, it's not a dog. Nihoumons line is supposed to evolve somewhat backwards, from domesticated dog to the reptilian ancestor of mammals (Therapsida).

Some also call it the lineart-tool. Above the layers, there are these little icons for new layer, delete layer ect. And then there's this little icon with a pen on it, that's the tool I'm talking about. It creates a new layer, there you can do the lineart.

Not really, I only did the lines with the vector-tool in Sai, since they look smoother that way.
