A Honey Bee collecting pollen from a clover.One of my first experiments with acrylics which I used to create the 'fuzz' texture.

Ok, I will admit that I've grown to hate clover (cheapest honey, least tasty in my opinion) but I LOVE this picture.
You've managed to get an amazing combination of "cute and fuzzy" and "realistic".

Bees are cute but I absolutely fall in panic when one is flying towards me.
Wesps are pure horror.

Hehe they can be a bit scary at times... but in general they're pretty layed back bugs ;3 I definetly share your dislike for wasps though

Because I hate acrylics and know how hard they are to work with, I gotta say....this is AWESOME! I love all the textures, and I specifically like how the linework and color helps the one wing come forward, and the other fade back...I love it when people use that technique! XD *geeky!* It's just beautiful...and all fuzzy!! *giggles*
