My daughter wants to dye her hair black, I told her should could when she moved out. She is getting inspired by the Gothic group at the school ... one is very tomboyish and the other is really girly

My mom wont let me do my hair anything weird unless its summer, then shes like 'it has to be naturally looking' cuz she doesn't want me to be picked on or something but i'm like 'mom, hair is self expression and a lot of kids do crazy stuff with theirs, its COOL' and she doesn't get it *sighS*

I don't mind if they use Sun-In the spray stuff you put on when you are in the sun.
But being in Navy Junior ROTC at the high school, they can't have any hair color that looks fake.
