Whenever I see pictures like this I cant help but wonder where they are today, if they're okay.
I dont have a lot to give myself but whenever I do see someone in this situation I atleast help them get something to eat if I have clothes that'll fit like a jacket I give that too.
The loyalty of dogs is amazing, this guy might not have much to give but Charlie stays with him. Amazing picture really brought out a lot of feelings.
