That's my spine D8, horrible right?I went to the hospital and my Doc said: "You have to do special excersices two times in a day, if your spine get worse, you have to come again to be operated" [and, that operation means, pain, horror and a scar]
I don't want a scar in my back DD8

Whoa, that sucks, but at least surgery is only an option at this point. All I can say is do the ecorsises, and see a cropractor.
If it does come to surgery, just remember there are far worse that the ones you get from surgery.

Thankies, my doc said not to see others doctors, but I think thats pretty stupid. Even when the hospital's attention sucks, 'cause It have a stupid schedule, I have to go and see the doctor again the next year NEXT YEAR!! x__X
