Here`s my last piece of 2017 and my first sci-fi landscape at the same time. I`m quite pleased with how it turned out, plus I really enjoyed painting it. Definitely not my last sci-fi piece!As for the painting... I guess this is one unlucky guy... Who knows how long he`ll have to wait to be rescued.

Looks like the surface of Mars. I really like your capsule design, too. Perhaps the landing was all according to plan, but he landed a bit further away from his destination than hoped for?
