This is the Warner Bros. Television logo with the 2003-2018 TimeWarner byline and even though the 2003-18 TimeWarner byline has NEVER been featured for the WBTV logos at all, this fanmade (third version) WBTV logo (which means it's not an official Warner Bros. logo) in a 16x9/widescreen aspect ratio actually does provide the aforementioned byline below the WB shield. The real reason why the Warner Bros. company decided to remove the byline for the 2003 logo is because all of the WB divisions had been organized as "Warner Bros. Entertainment" since late 2003, and there was also never a byline for the 2005 (50 Years Of Quality edition), or the 2017 WBTV logos at all.

This fanmade logo is the same as the 2003-2018 Warner Bros. Pictures closing logo which there's "Distributed by" above the WB shield and the company's URL below the TimeWarner byline, but NOT for the banner's inscription, "WARNER BROS. TELEVISION". Also, I discovered that the banner's height is slightly shorter for the WBTV logo compared to the closing logo of WBP, although sometimes the banner on the 2003 WBTV logo is the same size as the closing WBP logos. The WB shield comes from a 2001-2003 WBTV logo (Distributed by variant), but I used paint.net to make it slightly brighter and saturated and it's a replacement of the WB shield of the closing WBP logo in the photo.
