Uh...this was done in 2 hours...all pencil...and hum...i'm not that satisfied with this pic...

Berubara is short for Berusaiyu-no BAra or The Rose of Versailles....it's a manga series by Ryoko Ikeda...if you check out her style, you'll know exactly what I mean.

You're only displeased because it was done in pencil. Normally, you break out the hardware, but two hours of effort is good, and you could have went even further in the system, but chose not to. In that, it has a sort of quality that I find most endearing--like you're not somebody who's overreliant on the computer to see her through.
Still, touch this sucker up and you'll have an even better gift and something on the portfoli--ah, screw that, the chain is too suggestive....
