Had this in mind for a long time but was in some OC art mood ^.^

These two will be involved in the comic too so just a little side story for your understanding!

Story:

Dakota was meant to be out guarding Elyse on her way back to the herd with Zane. Only, Elyse wasn't allowed to know her father had his guards watching her so she followed her secretly through the forest. Dakota was strong enough to face any threats in the forest. Except Ryltak.
She squinted her eyes to where Zane and Elyse were when she heard a rustling amongst the bushes.
She quickly turned and raised her defences,

''Who's there? Show yourself!'' She stood her ground and stared into the night.

Suddenly out of the bush behind her a dark pelted light manes stallion leaped skilfully in front of her standing tall and proud.
It was Alec, son of Ryltak, former spy of the guardians, double agent and now lone stallion.
She hated him always standing in her way and annoying her at the most inconvenient moments.
He was in charge of supplying his father with new mares since no mare with a sense of logic would follow someone with an appearance as hideous as Ryltak's into a forest. His son being a complete different story, he used his son's looks to his advantage.
However, for some reason he had never once tried to lure Dakota into the forest. All he did was annoy her and sabotage her missions.

"My my, pretty brave for a female guardian" He smirked.

"I thought I told you to leave the mares alone..." She growled thinking he was after the princess.

"I did, they're the ones that go after me..." He looked un amused for a second and frowned.

"Then what are you doing here?" She questioned as the stallion raised an eyebrow at her and stepped a few steps closer, as she moved away she found herself backed up against a tree with no where to go. Alec stood very close to her with a serious expression.

"What if I said I wanted to see you?" another smirk wiping along his face as she turned her head away blushing angrily.

"Stop saying such stupid things..." Her fierce tone had calmed to a quiet one as she mumbled.

"heh." Alec paused and observed her interesting expression.

"I hope you weren't guarding the princess..." He turned away casually leaving her confused and dumb struck.

"Wh- why?" she realised what he had said and quickly turned her head towards the spot Elyse had been laying, neither Zane or her were there.

"Alec! You'll pay for this! Idiot..." She cantered away and called after angrily at another disturbed mission.

Alec chuckled lightly as he watched her disappear.
