Oh wow....this is beautiful.
I was up in Wyoming/Montana last week, and my uncle and I took an ATV up to the Pryor mountains. Despite the heavy fog, we found a group of about 14 or so horses. A few of the mares came within a few feet of me. If I had been able to see better, I would have sat there longer to see if they would have come even closer. I wish I had had an apple at the time. But it's amazing how trusting wild horses can be. It's such an incredible experience being allowed to be so close to them and to be trusted by them.
