Hey! For some odd reason DA didn’t let me know when you posted this. They look amazing! Excellent work on all of them, I particularly like Zantairs expression!
Larticua looks great, thanks for doing her justice!

That's so strange. The same thing has happened to me before too, where I'm not notified when I've been tagged X'D
Thanks a lot She was really fun to draw.

These are amazing!!! Thank you SO much for offering them!!!! I think you handled each character wonderfully! I love the different colourpalettes you chose for them and the way each of them has so much personality in their face. Great bunch! <3

Oh these are beautifully drawn! I love Zan's picture, he looks fabulous in that coat and I love his cunning expression, it's so him!
Wine's hair is gorgeous and the shading on it is very vibrant! Laeticia looks incredibly mysterious and powerful- I wouldn't want to cross her and I love her feathered cloak.
I like how you've set this up as diamond panes, it looks great as a thumbnail and up close too!

Thank you so much! Zantair is such a fun character, his personality is just too strong not to manifest itself in drawings X'D
It was quite enjoyable drawing other people's character designs for these...I was pretty surprised how well Laeticia's eyes came out looking.
Thanks! Ha ha! I ended up adding an extra character drawing in just to balance out the composition X'D

They all look great, I love the fact that you used so many different yet engaging colours for each one, and that they’re all equal in their little diamond frames (plus you used my fabourite technique of cutting off images, the good old ‘erase the bottom edge’ move). Laeticia’s eyes are mesmerising, and wow, bonus points for having the nerve to tackle a monk’s tonsured hair so well. Zantair looks so perfect, I’ve missed his cowiness for a while now but clearly it looks like he hasn’t lost any of his character and if he was capable of it, I’m sure he’d like to use that butterfly for spying on people (I mean, when he is unable to do it himself lol).
Thank you so much!

Thanks!
It was an interesting experience working with other people's colour palettes for a change...it really made me realize how rarely I use brown as a base colour. ...they look good (and generally more realistic) so I don't know why I avoid them (Laeticia’s purple palette and Zantair's red and black were still easier for me though X'D).
It's such a pleasing technique, particularly for digital...I can't believe I've never used it before now!
I was surprised how well those eyes turned out, it's a cool design idea but I wasn't sure whether I'd be able to pull it off.
(Lol! I'm sure tonsures will come back into fashion next summer....like a retro fad...)

A spy butterfly would be so sinister and cool. Just imagine the manifold court intrigues it could overhear, hiding in plain view in the gardens of the summer palace, gently alighting on the shoulders of those it wished to spy on.
It was my pleasure
