Whoa! You've grown a lot! Both look pretty awesome but your shading and highlighting are phenomenal in the 2016 and I like the more dynamic pose/expression too! (also Arya's the bomb I love her

That's kind of rude? also, it's not. it might be a matter of personal taste in style, but clearly judging by skill 2016 is way better. whereas the 2013 painting was already good, it's the 2016 one that has clearer forms, more readability and charism. It's more stylized and farther from realism, but thus more confident in its execution. Each stroke seems to have a purpose on its own, but flows together with the adjacent one.
At least elaborate why you find the previous version better. comments like that are unhelpful to artists.
