With thunder, fire and wind (and sometimes rainbows) the wonderbolts each make their mark across the sky. A bit of a plain close up here, but I kinda like how the full piece came out.The idea of the wonderbolts as Rainbow Dash's dream is for me something that gave a good deal of depth to her character. Rather than being a bit selfish and disloyal, it pushed her more in the oblivious dreamer direction. The person who tries hard, but isn't quite there yet due to inexperience more than anything else, and I think that we've all been there. Failing sucks, but you still have to try. When the chips are down and the lines are drawn Dash is there, but when it's all fun and games then she's got something to prove and, well, she doesn't quite succeed.
