Description
Meet Neon Pentious or just simply Pentious for short, a character from the Hazbin Hotel RP I'm doing with my girlfriend. He, along with the "neon" versions of Charlie, Alastor and Angel Dust happened to enter the "Original" world when an untimely near catastrophe happened in the original world with AU Charlie nearly destroying the entirety of Hell. In a matter of weeks in the original world (though almost instantly in the world where the Neon bunch were from) the four of them were brought in from their pitch black hell into a Hell of light by what Alastor called a worm hole.

Living in the hell of darkness they all adapted an ability to glow when they in darkness so they can try to navigate the blackened streets, however, Pentious grew accustomed to the darkness and with the help of his hat, he became an avid and ferocious hunter of his Hell, quickly taking over all of that hell since the Charlie there didn't want to rule to begin with. His hat's eye is able to become a spotlight to stun and seek his prey in the darkness, and is even able to seemingly float when absolutely needed. And his pure white eye is unable to see normally, but instead he sees heat signatures with that eye, which has proven to be most effective when he hunts, or even just going around when he doesn't want to try to rely on his low glow.

Despite his ferocious nature, he is actually an incredibly smart inventor, and can be friendly enough when he isn't hunting, so much so he's actually shared meals with his Charlie, Alastor and Angel Dust and holds casual conversations. He is, however, very prone to getting drunk and becomes a very silly idiot when he's had too much to drink. His limit is the equivalent of 6 glasses wines or 3 of anything stronger, which just makes him 'happy' and incredibly relaxed. When he has more than that however, is when his playfully stupid side comes out, often forgetting and freaking out when he can't find the door, or asking others to go "skateboards" with him. Occasionally he does actually get onto a skateboard when he's that drunk and he's been known to freak out when "he starts moving, but he isn't moving."
