I forgot how quick it was to draw in my Fakemon style. I could whip up a pretty good number of these guys pretty quickly.But yes, have an electric snake. He's actually changed quite a bit from his initial design.
And as for made-up stuff:
-Short Circuit
Electric - Physical
Power Varies
100% Accuracy
Targets one Pokemon
It flails and lets out tiny bursts of energy. Does more damage the less HP the user has. (In short, an electric type Flail)
