It was Nighttime in London around the time where Vampires come out to roam free especially for the two famous soldiers Alucard and Seras Victoria of the HELLSING Corp. Seras who was in her Blue Police outfit was Called to Sir Integra's Office for something important when She arrived Sir Integra was sitting by her desk with Walter by her side smoking a cigar.Seras: You asked to see me sir?
Sir Integra: As you know, There have been recent reports of a new Vampire attacking the female soldiers alongside civilians and some of them are laughing for an unknown reason but a surviving soldier did said that she saw the Vampire making a break for it and he's fast one so I'm sending you out there to capture him. Now normally I'd send you with Alucard but this one's a special case, he's last seen in the central London area and I want you catch him at All costs!
Seras: Sir yes sir!
She leaves to go after the vampire leaving Sir Integra with walter.
Walter: Do you think sending Ms. Victoria to go after this new species was a good idea? Why didn't you send Alucard to accompany her?
Sir Integra sighs and looks at Walter.
Sir Integra: Well, I want to see how she can handle a solo mission without Alucard this would probably be a new experience for her besides, this new vampire....I want to know more about him....
As Integra inhales on her Cigar Meanwhile by the central London area, the city area was quiet and no one was here all the shops are closed and some are open 24 hours that's when the mysterious Vampire was hanging around the closed bakery shop. His skin was pale white his eyes are a red and yellow mixed, his hair was black, long, and messy, he also appears to have a cross stud earring on the left ear. He appears to be wearing a Red zip up hoodie that's opened, A plain Black shirt, Gray sweatpants, Black fingerless gloves with dark red nails, Black lipstick, and Black high-top shoes his name is Xander Evans and some people often mistake him for being a girl.
Xander: Oh what a shame, these Girls can't handle my simple jokes oh well but this will get that Ingera's attention because she's next to laugh as I got plenty of tricks up my sleeve...
That's when he sensed something and started to sniff the air.

Seras charged at him firing bullets nonstop With great speed Xander Jumped high in the air Dodging Seras' Charge attack and bullets landing on top of a Car roof slowly clapping his hands in amusement
Xander: Bravo, From seeing you it looks like I'm not the only Vampire with great speed...
Seras: I am a vampire too can't you tell from my red eyes? I could clearly see your moves inbound I myself have never seen a fast vampire other than my master Alucard.
Xander: Oh? Then this should be interesting~
Xander jumped off the car roof slowly walking towards Seras with a menacing look.

Seras charged at him again firing more bullets Xander on the other hand Kept dodging every of Seras' attacks humming to himself and he jumped over Seras completely taunting her and leaving her out of breath as she is panting.
Xander: Welp if that's the best you can do I'll give you one more shot at me then it'll be my turn.
Seras: (who's out of breath) Grr...

With the snap of his fingers Seras was starting to levitate in the air, Sereas began to panic a bit she didn't knew that this vampire can do a thing like this.

Xander snapped his fingers and Seras' hands are binded behind her while her ankles are binded together as he walk towards the caught Vampire he slowly takes off Seras' shoes

As for Seras' Friend He have short brown hair, Coffee brown eyes, a green jacket with a black trim, a plain blue T-shirt with brown jeans, and black shoes his name is Soulmourn.
Soulmourn: Hello Seras.
Seras: Hi Soulmourn.
Xander was peering from the distance looking at soulmourn as he hugged Seras and Seras hugged him back

Sir Integra and Alucard appears behind Xander secrectly watching Soulmourn and Seras' conversation.

Xander: T-Then does this mean we're friends?
Soulmourn: Well yeah you are a new member to seras' family after all.
Xander: Yay!
Xander's eyes lit up and happily danced around he officially got a human friend.
Seras: Well look at you Soul, Making a kid's day and I'll admit he's actually cute.
Soulmourn: Yeah He i- wait. did you say he?
Seras: Yeah?
Soulmourn: So, Xander's a boy? I couldn't tell how come You, Alucard, and Sir Integra know he's a boy?
Seras: Look at him very closely
While Xander was too busy happily dancing Soulmourn look at Xander very closely he noticed the flat chest on Xander's shirt.
Soulmourn: ooooh, okay now I see it.
Seras: yep.
after he stopped dancing, Xander looked at Seras smiling
Xander: Big sister can I show Soulmourn my special ability?
Seras: Go ahead.
Soulmourn: What special ability?
Xander: This.
Xander snapped his fingers several Red feathers appear surrounding all three of them
Soulmourn: Huh? What's with the feathers surrounding us?
Xander: This is one of my special abilities I called it "Giggle Mania"
Soulmourn: I see.
Xander: this was the same ability I used on big sister I even got her feet
Soulmourn: I see did you get her toes she's weak between there.
Seras: Sooooul!
Seras Blushed in embarassment
Soulmourn: Well, it's true.
Xander: I did, 'Cept they aren't red feathers they were... Brushes.
Soulmourn: It's a nice power
Xander: thanks they called me the giggle vampire for nothing.
This was the beginning of a new friendship Seras was happy and so was Soulmourn especially Xander he found something he was looking for after all those years of dimension traveling: A Family. As months go by Seras has been a good big sister towards Xander such as Brushing his long hair Taking him shopping and showed her old days when she was a human, Alucard on his perspective trying to be the cool big brother taught her how to suck the red out of edible foods such as apples, strawberries and etc. and as for Sir Integra, She taught Xander the simplest Math, reading and etc. she watched him learn faster even with some assistance from Walter. 3 months go by and Xander was at his mother's office and they were talking about his dimension traveling.
Xander: So Mum, If by any other chance do you want to go dimension traveling with me?
Sir Integra: Sorry Sweetie, But Mum have to take care of the Corp because you may never know who might show up and destroy us it could be The general of the Nazis or demons I'm sorry but, I will let you go traveling just be sure to come back in one piece sweetie.
Xander: Okay Mum.
Before Xander left her office Integra stopped him and hugged him she was on the brink of tears
Sir Integra: You...You're...the first child I ever had and I don't wanna lose you....
Xander was about to be in tears and Hugged Sir Integra
Xander: And you're the mother I don't wanna lose you're the best mother and I love you...
Sir Integra: And I love you too Xander Hellsing.
Xander Has truely found himself a real mother to hold on to whether if there's bad times or good times Xander has actually found his true family.
