I drew this while I was on Vicodin...uh oh
I had no clue what was going to be like and, despite being a very common subject, I kinda like it.
This version is 50% of the original. my poor computer was strugglying with the size of this file...dunno why lately I am working in such a huge scale.
(The tattoo is a brush I made out of flash...)

However the balance of the hip/behind opposing to the arm is a bit off.
The weight of arm should find its resemblance in the hip/behind, and it doesn't.

Wohouw! this is great one! Composition..wel.. l I like it but when I looked this little longer, I noticed that background and this figure doesn`t fit together perfectly... maybe different light or tones... Thats what I think...

Oh wait, wouldn't be right for me to stop by without griping about something would it? LOL
I'd have to say overall your shading still needs some work - there's no apparant light source in the image, and in a lot of places it looks like the only reason you're bothering to shade at all is to differentiate body parts from one another. (actually, from the shoulder, right arm, & the globe in her hands it looks like the light source is from the upper left, while her left arm arm & face give the impression that the light source is straight ahead, and while the wings appear to be lit from the upper right. It doesn't match up correctly). The whites of her eyes didn't appear to get any shading at all.
Not that it looks bad mind you, just not as realistic as it could.
The wings - I dono. Maybe they would have looked better if there was some sort of transition from flash to wing as opposed to them just being "glued on".
Oh, and we weren't exactly in a "drawing the background" mood when we did this, were we? LOL
Don't get me wrong - your painting rocks. I only nit pick like this with people that are good enough that they can get critiques on the little details like that

This is amazing. I love her body and face--they're so realistic; especially her arms and hands. I have a lot of trouble with hands. 
My favorite thing is the skirt. It's just incredible...it flows so beautifully. Gorgeous, very dreamlike work. I love this one!
