A few points: the (fake?) cat ears on her head look a bit flat. They could do with some backing to round them out. and her hands are a big too close in to her chest, try moving them forward from there, or perhaps erasing the line between the forearm and the upper arm at the inside elbow a bit--should give more of a feeling of depth. And I think the wrinkles in her skirt could use a little more simplification. Perhaps some shading inside her mouth would be in order.
Other than that, great job. I like the detail on the costume.
