Continuing my Bikini Bingo showcase with this water works that I drew so long ago... by a water fall ... is a piece that has it's ' well rounded ' charm
.. But also a test for you classic comic book fans , as you might try to place the face of this girl from what old comic book series ? ( Hey my buddy , I'm challenging you on this one. )

I really love the facial details and how you've handled the hair; it's got a marvelous sheen! Honestly, I think it's some of the best facial work I've seen from the vault. As for the character...Hm. I think I'm going to say maybe Veronica from the Archie comics?

But not in this case 
I don't want to give up the name outright , but I'll tell you to google DC Bob Hope comics , and in it's history , you'll find that she's the girlfriend to a star of that comic series named Tad. ( I admit , this is a pretty obscure character
........... One more thing I gotta confess for all the praise you gave me pal... I kinda copied her face from one of those comics
