Description i present you my Imperial City Nemoa,

Nemoa is the old mountain of the dragons in the 2 era, in this time was a great war between humans and dragons so the wisest dragon Arizar had to fight his last fight against them. Arizar knows he will die but not without the greatest dragon slayer from the humans Kalian frome the blood legion .

An so it commΒ΄s to the last fight, Arizar killed himself but only to get his sole into Kalian and the first draconian was born, half dragon half human. There are just some dragons how could hide themself from the humans but they are still out there we know Ivanex in the hometown of the dwarfs and Mufariax the traveler

in the 3 era the dwarfs and the draconians made a alliance together were Ivanex should help the dwarfs to melt there metal in change for this help, took the dwarfs with there magic the wight of the mountain Nemoa and it become to fly. The chains are only to hold the flying mountain in there position so the wind is not bloing it away
and no army will never take over the city. This is also the time were the draconians become the ruler of Alandur.
You can only come on it if you by a ticket with the flying ships ore you are a draconian so you can just fly up to it.

The flying ships fly, because the have rocks from Nemoa in there body and an erth magican to rule the wight of it

Nemoa lays in the center of alandur and is the home of the emperor Vladimir Drak a playabel charakter you can look up if you play the game

Your work is absolutely fascinating!Β

But if you really want some critics, I can say what I see different in this work.

You said you don't like the clouds. I would recommend to make them a bit transparent. Your main goal, when drawing clouds, is to make them look and feel light and airy. Also, they don't usually have strict borders or clear outlines. You can just blur them a bit

And one other thing I would recommend you to make this work look even better is to use textures. What I mean is to make some additional layers with textures on those areas, where we see most of naked colour. For example, the roofs of those houses in the city. Maybe also some stone textures and a bit on chains.Β

But this is just my subjective opinion You can choose whether listen to it or ignore. Because I love your work just the way it looks now!)

hmm well, a good way to do clouds is start of with a soft brush, then use the smudge tool to push it around and shape it.
also another thing to keep in mind that helps me A LOT, is to remember that clouds aren't solid objects, so they cant be painted liken solid objects.
so it doesnt have the edge, if that explains it.
so the idea is, you paint it more as a gradient, then you just use the shade NOT TONE to define the size and shape, the you use smudge and stuff to move it around, atleast thhis is what i do with large clouds taking up alot of the screen,
hope it helps man

Oh wow, that looks amazing! You should maybe think a bit about atmospheric perspective... And also, turn the painting into gray scale and check the values, everything is sort of the same and nothing really pops out, you should have maybe tried making the sky a bit more light so that the castle and every other flying object would stand out more.

I'm no expert and I can't draw landscapes at all so maybe this is not the best advice, but oh well...
