So here's my second BNHA OC!~ And the first recycled OC from Adventure Time.

Provisional Personal Information and Bio:

Name: Franz Leonard de Las Alas (adopted Japanese name: 視力火災 Shiryoku Kasai )
Birthday: Febuary 17, 1997 Sex: M
Hometown: Pasay City, Metropolitan Manila, The Philippines Current Residence: Shibuya ward, Tokyo, Japan
Occupations: An ALS student, translator at Shibuya library Likes: Ginataang Adobong Manok, Omurice, and reading manga

His quirk is "Seeing Inferno". Meaning, he could burn anything at his will by staring/focusing at an object/individual.

Born in Pasay City, The Philippines to a city mayor father and district lawyer mother, both has clean records prior to their assassination. He is the 4th generation individual who possessed that quirk inherited from his father's lineage, while his mother's quirk is Santelmong Asul (Blue St. Elmo's fire). Kasai had a typical childhood, a consistent honor student, and he loves to show off his quirk, through impressing his old friends through cooking, and playing with it at a very young age. It hasn't taken that long before his family's political enemies took interest of his quirk in which it had a potential high-ranking price in the black market. When Kasai is in his 8th grade, he discovered that he could basically kill someone with his quirk, as his parents warned not to use it in anything evil, and shortly after, his extended family is taken hostage by several gangs that killed their household bodyguards, and immediately killed his parents first through their own quirks that is considered so brutal to him. He tried his best to hid his older and younger siblings, but it was too late when the gangs took a hold on him, tied him up, knocking him off and taken away while setting his abode on fire.

Hours later, he woke up caged and tied up in a sea vessel with other unfamiliar people along him, also tied up and being guarded by suspicious men. He tried to escape with his quirk but immediately stomped him down by armed men, knocking him off once again. The following day, he woke up after a long concussion and discovered that he was already sold into a mafia group in an unknown location in which they use certain individuals with powerful quirks for gaining illegal wealth from other villain groups and heroes. They forced him to do this by beating and yelling at him, due in fact he didn't know a single word in Japanese, and he is also subjected in forced labor, drug abuse, frequent starving, severe migraines, saw his fellowmen being killed, and denying him from basic needs for 5 years. His ordeal caused him to be physically and mentally scarred up to this present day.

His day of liberation arrived when one of the underlings of the mafia came to give him mercy one night coincidentally when the secret underground party took place and hosted by the whole mafia. A man named Daisuke discovered that Kasai is the only person left in the cell that originally held 30 captives, in a deteriorating condition, where his right face and the most of his body in scars and infected wounds. He got extremely upset on how the mafia treated them in this way of abuse and rushed to the office to find any identification of him and he found out that he is the son of the slained politicians in the Philippines that has been missing for a long time. Emotionally moved, he frantically translated words from the internet just to communicate with him, and when he begins to talk to him back in the cell, Kasai responded in a weak hum, unable to speak due to pain. Daisuke decided to break into the cell and steal Kasai away from the hideout place and left him and his identifications near a police station where the police discovered him and rushed him to the hospital and fell into coma for 3 weeks.

News broke the following day when the police reports the 'first' ever runaway captive subjected in quirk trafficking, and arrests has been made. The council of Japan started to investigate Kasai's case soon after and gave him amnesty and a asylum status protection, as they noted that he was no living relatives and an unstable government back home. He later was subjected in to various rehabilitation efforts to bring him back to near normality, then he later testified a case against the said mafia. He is later moved in to a youth home in the suburbs where is currently receiving an alternative education, in which he showed signs of fast improvement in academics, notwithstanding his frequent PTS, has slowly enabled him to integrate into the mainstream Japanese society, where he enjoys being accepted and safe in his adopted country.

After almost a year and a half from liberation, Kasai was visited by Daisuke once again, who is no longer part of the mafia in which it was continuously being taken down, extended his hand to take him in to his family residence in Shibuya, in which he was reluctant and timid at first and later convinced when he was being welcomed by his household and taken cared off kindly, and it took awhile for Daisuke to legally adopt Kasai and helped him mask the past abuse he experienced by buying him modest clothing and a half mask for his face, and later before last year 2016, Kasai found a a job at the nearby local library as a children's translator. He currently hopes to be a pro-hero in near future to bring justice to his family back home.
