idk why, i downloaded it but only a folder has the textures. (the indoors one)
the others don't have them...

You should place everything from folders "House Models" and "Ruined" into a main folder with PMX file.
The indoors use other set of textures.
Also, just noticed, I forgot to add ".pmx" to the file named "Destin".
