Description
Here is a set of weapons I was working on for a person story called Wonderboy.

In the continent of Sydonia, during the Dragon Wars, nine brave warriors sacrificed their lives to end the tyranny of the Dragon Emperor. For their noble sacrifice, they were sent to the Divine Aether, where they were rewarded and honored by the Valkyries of the Aether. To ensure that these heroes would never be forgotten and to guide those born at the Age of Heroes (those who were born at this year are destined to become heroes), the Valkyries refurbished and enchanted the Nine Heroes former weapons so those those born in the Age of heroes may be guided to greatness. the first six weapons are referred as the Six Braves (which belonged to six warriors who participated in the Dragon Wars) , while the last three weapons are known as the Noble Trinity (which belonged to the three kings of Sydonia, who fought in the Dragon Wars

A: Sammael, Sword of the Demon Hunter
Sword of Sammael, former demon general of the Dragon Emperor. He fell in love with a humal girl, and vowed to protect man, so that their future may be bright. In reward for this the valkyries enchanted Sammael's demonic sword. Those who wield this sword can control the demon's darkness, a shadowlike entity that inhabits the blade, to be utilized in combat. However, the sword demands that it feeds on souls (a fault that the Valkyries have tried to fix but to no avail); it does not mater if the souls are of human or animal, or it they are good or evil, it hunger must be quenched, or the wielder risks losing his soul as well.

B: Glorion, Hammer of the Light Bearer
Hammer of Vergil the Light Bearer, a priest to broke his vow of pacifism to fight against the Dragon Emperor. In reward for his dutuies, the Valkyries enchanted Vergil's hammer. Those who wield this hammer will be guarded by the Divine Light, a force so holy that anything demonic or evil cannot harm the wielder. the hammer can also enchant itself with the Divine Light to smite the unholy with each swing. Of course, whose who are pure of heart can wield this hamer, and only those of unholy origins are truly harmed by the Divine Light.

C: Rhompadia, Axe of the Colossus
Axe of Urf, a barbarian from a distant land, known for his immense size and his ambush tactics, utilizing every aspect of the land to his advantage. In reward for for his duties, the Valkyries enchanted his axe. Those who wield this axe can control the very earth around them. the wielder can manipulte the earth to the point where he/she can create earthquakes and fissures within a small area around him/her. the wielder can also manipulate the the earth to the point whe he/she can create armors or weapons of earthen materials.

D: Vahlidite, Staff of the River Warden
Staff of a nameless River Warden, whose mastery of water magic was proved to be invaluable in the Dragon Wars. In reward of his duties, the Valkyries took a sample of the water he used and formed it into a crystalline staff. The wielder of this staff can shape the staff into any form, so as long as the mass is equivalent to the mass of the original staff. However, it takes the skill and mastery of a River Warden to fully utilize the staff, since it potentially at it's strongest when the wielder can change control it's various states.

E: Gallade Spear of the Sky Piercer
Spear of Ragneel, a spearman whose skill helped defet the armies of the Dragon Emperor. In reward for his duties, the Valkyries enchanted his spear. those who wield this spear can command can call forth the Valkyrian Wind, a divine wind that is said to pierce anything in its way, regardless of whatever is blocking it's path. With that said, the Valkyrian Winds can be deflected, as if it were any other weapon.

F: Ignite and Fironel, Swords of the Fire Dancer
Dual shortswords of Zafina, a rogue whose fire tactics proved invaluable in the Dragon Wars. In reward for her duties, the Valkyries enchanted both her swords. Ignite can set itself ablaze, creating a flame hotter that hell itself. Ignite also become stronger while it is consumed in flames. Fironel can pull out flames of any kind and manipulate it. As a pair, Ignite and Fironel are an extremely powerful weapon combination.

G: Durandall: Sword of Power
Greatsword of King Hauzer the Bearclaw. Legends said that he was so strong that he could fight off an army of 300 demons by himself. In honor of his display of power, the Valkyries reforged and enchanted his greatsword. Those who wield this sword are granted immense power and endurance to point of surviving death itself. However, once the wielder loses his sword, then he/she experiences all the pain he would have felt from all the damage he has taken.

H: Arcangi: Sword of Wisdom
Schiavona of King Muradin the Eagleeye. Legends say that his knowledge of magic was so immense that he created a spell to surpass them all. In honor of his use of knowledge to help the people, the Valkyries reforged and enchanted his sword. Those who wield this sword would be granted with the power to use magic, if they could not use it before. Those who could use magic would have their magical powers increase exponentially, when wielding this sword. It said that Muradin's ultimate spell resides within the blade, and that only those who could dechir the runes within the blade can master this spell.

I: Helmbrand: Sword of Courage
Broadsword of King Uther the Lionheart. His bravery was so renowned that he coulld inspire an army of a few to do great things. IN honor of his display of valor and courage, the Valkyries reforged and enchanted his broadsword. Those who wiled this sword will acquire power based on one's own fighting spirit and courage. If one possesses the will to fight against all odds, then they will be rewarded with limitless power.
