For Miku's birthday, Kaito took her on a date to the park and spent time with her, holding her, kissing her, telling her how much he loved and appreciated her. He told her that every detail about her he loved. Her intelligence, her kindness, her beauty, her feelings, the way she's always considerate of others, the way she loves him and treats him, the way she makes him daydream of her, how she comforts him, and just how happy she makes him.

What Miku wanted most was Kaito's happiness. That is why between Valentine's Day and White Day, she was so invested in him that she remembered Valentine's Day to treat him, but then forgot White Day when she was to be treated herself. (In Japan, Valentine's day is celebrated where the woman gives chocolate to men, and on White Day men give white chocolate to women.) He told her that he feels absolute bliss when he is around her, and if there was any possible way to make her feel equally as happy as he is, if not happier, he wanted to do whatever it would take.

As a gift for her birthday, he gave her flowers and a music box. This box plays a music box version of the song Melt. One of the two main songs that brought them together when they first met. Miku's eyes tear up and she feels the sensation of crying. Her happiness was indescribable.

She said that she felt her dream come true a second time. It was like he proposed to her all over again.
