I decided to make it my main OC / pokesona
Name: snowpaw

Species: evee (shiny)
Type: normal
Accessories: snowflake evolution pendant (gives him the power of temporary evolution so he can evolve into any of the eveevolutions and still go back to being an evee also helps him control his ice arua )
Moves: tackle, Quick Attack, Iron Tail, dig, shadow ball, tail Whip, swift, trump card, last resort
Ability: snowpaw has a unique ability called ice arua it gives him the power to create snow and ice, that can be used to protect him and his friends, the side effect of his power is that his fur will always stay white meaning even if he evolves his colours won't change
