Beautiful colors! The composition is really well done.
I might like a little blur on some of the bird wings to give a little sense of motion to the piece.
Not entirely sure if she's supposed to be flying amongst those birds (Her wings suggest she might be.)
That is also a seriously calm expression for someone in flight, or even for someone on the ground but with four flapping birds a few inches from her face. She's really got a 1000-mile stare working.
