Here is the ninth "Thought's on This Villain" meme!

Discord. What else is there to say about this guy? I already said why I loved this character so much. LOL! But this is for when he was an antagonist in the Season 2 premiere, before his redemption in Season 3. When Discord first showed up, he already proved to be the best villain in the series at the time. He was the reason I got into the show in the first place! I first learned of this character and this show when I watched a "Villain Defeats" video back in November 2011 and it showed a scene with Discord getting turned to stone by the Mane Six. I was quite curious about who the character was. He looked really cool and I liked his design. I looked him up and I found out he's from the TV series, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I read the Wikipedia page on the show and that's when I first learned about the show and it's fandom, the Bronies. I was quite surprised. LOL! I wondered why so many people liked this show so much. So I decided to watch the series right afterward. I quickly grew to like the show and it's characters. ^^ But I didn't became a full-on Brony until I watched the Season 2 premiere. I owe it all to Discord! He's just so entertaining! Plus, the fact that they got the great John de Lancie to voice the character was mind-boggling at the time! Now, before you all say "Discord was never a villain", I will have to say this. Discord WAS an antagonist and he opposed the Mane Six in the Season 2 premiere. He nearly corrupted the Mane Six and brought upon everlasting chaos. Of course, he's not as evil as Sombra, Chrysalis, and Tirek, but he was a huge threat due to his chaos magic. He was a mischievous trickster. Even after his redemption in Season 3, he will sometimes act as an on and off antagonist towards the ponies, depending on any scenario. So yeah, Season 2 Discord was one of the best villains in the series. He was once my all-time favorite villain until the arrival of Tirek, Sombra, and Chrysalis and he's now reformed. Haha!
