In the game: possibly it walks following your steps vibration , but dont following you directly , when it looks you , it will charge TO YOU AND TRY TO KILL YOU!! *how all the enemies from the level* but if you are weak *low hp , or bleeding (a stat effect)* IT WILL KNOW WHERE YOU ARE AND WILL COME FOR YAH!!
