"Now, I've called you all to this urgent meeting for an urgent cause. I assume you all know something has stirred lately." All the Lieutenants, Officers and Chief's had been called to an urgent and sudden meeting by Chief Akainu. All either stood or sat in the chairs lining the large, round table in the meeting room.

"By stirred you mean the large amount of cases coming in lately?" Tashigi spoke up but received blunt no from Akainu. His eyes were closed and his head was leaning against his clenched hands. He abruptly stood up and strolled over to the whiteboard, slamming his hand on a certain area circled in red.

"Officer (L/N) has been missing for the last 3 days! We've had no contact from her in that span of time and whenever we try to contact her, it goes straight to voicemail!" Akainu was now roaring at the top of his lungs as his eyes scanned the room of either shaken or shocked officers. Whispers went around the room. The sound of a chair scrapping against the floor alerted Akainu and he turned his head to the source of the noise. Police Chief Smoker, rose from his chair, the smoke from his cigar swirling to the ceiling.

"Do we have any idea on when anyone last saw her? Or if she was spotted anywhere in those 3 days." Smoker was one of the more logical thinking people in the police station, he was also the one to normally get a lead on anyone too.

"She was last seen leaving the police station 3 days ago, at 8:17pm on July 17th. (L/N) stayed in late to help with some of my paperwork." That wouldn't give much lead to where she would be.

"Tch, we can contact anyone related to (Y/N) to see if they've heard from her." Tashigi stood and ran to contact anyone related to (Y/N).

"But if they haven't heard from her, then it will take us nowhere." Aokiji spoke up. He had a point. If no one had heard from her, then they really would have no lead.

"We have no choice. While Tashigi is contacting (L/N)'s relatives, someone needs to go to her place and search for her. We may be dealing with something big here. If (L/N) was ill, she would contact us to say."

"I'll go, but it'd be best if I took someone with me, just in case." Coby stood up and saluted. He had always wanted to do an investigation like this. Now was the perfect chance.

"I'll go with you. I have a key to (Y/N)'s place so we wont have to break in" Smoker grabbed his Jitte and walked out of the room, not looking back. Coby ran after him, not wanting to slack behind.

"While their gone, Kizaru, search everyone's desks and file cabinets for any source of information on (L/N). We may find some information that will help." Kizaru nodded and lazily stood and strolled out, leaving a few Lieutenants and Chief's Aokiji and Akainu left in the room.

"Where ever you are (Y/N), just stay safe."

"Fufufu, what have I told you about struggling darling! Your punishment will only get worse. Muffled screams filled the almost pitch black room. only a wooden chair stood in the room, a shaking figure seated in it. Bloodied and bruised fists lay on the arms of the chair, Wrists and arms strapped down with thick rope. Their legs were strapped to the legs with the same rope tying the arms down, the legs also covered in cuts and bruises.

"Fufufu, You look so vulnerable, tied in that chair. But what's wrong? You look sad. Aren't you happy to be reunited with me after you ran from me!" The taller figure forcibly tugged on the victims hair, making them cry out through the rag stuffed in their mouth.

'Save me! Someone! Please!'

*Knock Knock* ....

"(Y/N)! Are you there!" Smoker and Coby had arrived at the door to (Y/N)'s house. *Knock Knock* ....

"Move Coby." Smoker impatiently moved Coby out of the way and fished the key (Y/N) had given to him a few years back.

"Why are you giving me this key (Y/N)? I though you would want to give it to one of your brothers. Or even your parents." Smoker hesitated to grab the key from the much smaller hand.

"I trust you more than anyone Smoker-Kun! I see you more than my brothers and parents so I can trust you more!" (Y/N) smiled brightly and stuck her tongue out at Smoker. Smoker and (Y/N) had a certain bond, and they knew that the first time they met. They always worked cases together, hung out together in their free time and shared the same office. Smoker may not of shown it, but he cared deeply for the girl. He smiled slightly and decided to take the key from her, placing it in his pocket.

"Don't lose it, kay?" (Y/N) giggled before skipping away.

"Hai"

Smoker was grumpier than usual the days that (Y/N) hadn't been in work. He needed her. She was his stress reliever and his comforter. He was devastated to find out that no one in work had heard from her. The key fit into place in the keyhole. Smoker turned it and pushed the door open. Both him and Coby almost gagged at the scene in front of them. Blood splatters plaster the wall and floors, glass and splinters of wood lay scattered everywhere. Mud tracks lead from the backdoor into the living room where the worst of it was. Smoker and Coby was actually scared of entering, seeing the place practically in ruin. But they needed to find (Y/N). They avoided all the glass, blood and splinters that lay on the floor and to the living room. Furniture was turned over, dents lay in the wall. Paperwork scattered the corner near the upturned table, which contained all the work she had helped Akainu with on the day she was last heard. Coby wasted no time in contacting Akainu. He told him the situation and about the blood and devastation of the room. Akainu called some of the Lieutenants to the scene to check for any evidence of any sort.

"Shit, (Y/N) where are you!" Smoker collided his fist with the wall, leaving a dent behind.

=== Ex-police agent Donquixote Doflamingo's office ===

"So you've checked every other filing cabinet and office?"

"Hai. Though i dont see why Donflamingo-san would have anything in here leading to (Y/N)-chan. They hardely spoke.

"That's not the point Borsalino! We are searching every single office for clues. See i found a fact file on her right here!... Wait!" Akainu had found a fact file on (Y/N) which he, in frustration, had grabbed without realising. Kizaru stood up and closed the file cabinet he was searching through, and speedily walked over to Akainu. Akainu swept everything off of Doflamingo's old desk and turned the desk lamp on.

"Why would Doflamingo have (Y/N)'s fact file in his office?" Akainu opened the fact file and read what was inside;

*Name: (Y/N) (M/N) (L/N)

*Age: 20 (Your 20 in this. )

Akainu skipped through all the basic information and turned to (Y/N)'s hospital record... which had a lot written in it.

*Hospital record.

-(Y/N) (L/N) was rushed to hopital when she was found in an alleyway deep into the city. She was clutching a child to her chest who was crying. When she was examined and it was determined that she was pregnant. Her body was covered in scars, cuts, bruises and her left arm was nearly cut off. - Dated 5th November 2009.

- She awoke a week later, screaming and shivering. She didnt want anyone touching her, cursing to the nurses that they would hurt her like he did. When she finally calmed down, she said that she was kidnapped when she was 6. She explained that her parents and brothers were murdered but their bodies were burned in front of her. She cried when we told her that the child she was clutching had passed away, and explained to her that she was pregnant. She screamed out curse after curse and said that she didnt want the child to be the father of that monster.- 12th November 2009.

"... Holy shit." Akainu and Kizaru had to cover their mouths as to not throw up. Akainu hurriedly called everyone, placing a suspision on Doflamingo.

"The only reason Doflamingo would keep this is so that he would'nt get found out for what he did! Get a lead on Doflamingo's location now! He most likely has (Y/N)!" Everyone took to action immediatly.

"Contact Smoker and Coby and send them to the location of Doflamingo, but tell them to wait just in case Doflamingo isnt alone!" Kizaru nodded and rushed to the nearest phone.

"What is it Kizaru?" ...

"The abandoned SMILE factory! That shit!" Smoker hung up straight after finding out the location of Doflamingo. Smoker sprinted straight to his car and hopped inside and hurriedly zooming off. Coby was left at (Y/N)'s house and he contacted Akainu saying that Smoker had gone on his own.

=== Smoker's POV ===

"That bastard better not touch (Y/N)!" Smoker cursed as he sped through the red traffic lights, swervering through cars coming in his direction. SMILE factory was only a few minutes away, but those few minutes could be fatal.

*Ring* *Ring*

Smoker didn't pick up. He couldn't give two shits who it was at the moment. All the cared about was (Y/N). Smoker's car skip to a stop outside the abandoned SMILE factory.

=== From inside SMILE factory ===

"No ones coming to save you! Your not worth saving!" His fist collided with the chest of the victim tied in the chair, their muffled scream being swallowed by the rag. The victim wanted to die in that moment.

"Mama!" A second cry halted the mans assualt on the victim in the chair. He turned his head and glared. a child was tied up and lay in the corner. The man straightened up and strolled over to him at a deadly slow pace. The victim in the chair tried to plead for him to not hurt the child. But he was too pissed off to give any chances anymore. He stopped in front of him, the child was shivering and tears were streaming down his face.

"Shut up you brat" He raised his fist and was about to hit the child, when the single iron door to the room burst open, and Smoker stormed into the room, face showing a rage that no one could explain. The man turned to Smoker just as Smoker slammed his fist into his face, sending him flying into the wall. The child cried in fear as Smoker picked the man up by the face and slammed him into the wall again. Footsteps rushed into the room and Akainu, Kizaru, Aokiji and Tashigi ran into the room.

"Smoker-san Stop! We're arresting Doflamingo there's no need to do that!" Smoker ignored Tashigi and continued to slam Doflamingo around the room. Akainu and Kizaru ran over and grabbed Smoker, stopping him from trying to kill Doflamingo. Oh how he wanted to kill him.

"Grab (Y/N) and the child, be careful with both of them!" Akainu ordered, looking over to (Y/N) who was now illuminated by the light entering through the door. She was bruised and cut to the point that she would look like a dead body. Smoker got out of the grip of Akainu and Kizaru and ran out of the building. He didnt want (Y/N) to see him like that.

"FUCK!"

=== A few days later ===

"Miss (L/N) please reframe from laying on your back for a few days, the injuries on your back may reopen." (Y/N) nodded to the nurse and sat upright. She was happy to be free from Doflamingo, but she could never forgive him for killing her parents and brothers. She sat there for a few minutes before the door to her room opened, and a small child ran in.

"MAMA!" The child cried and ran onto the bed, hugging (Y/N) and letting his tears fall. (Y/N) felt tears fall down her cheek and she hugged the child back.

"Silver! I'm so glad you're okay!" (Y/N) cried happily, kissing the childs head. The door reopened again and Smoker stepped inside, closing the door behind him.

"S-Smoker-kun?" (Y/N) stared up at him. Silver turned in (Y/N)'s lap and looked up at the silver haired man.

"Why?"

"Huh?"

"WHY THE FUCK DIDNT YOU SAY ANYTHING!" Smoker was pissed at (Y/N) for not saying anything about Doflamingo assaulting her.

"... I couldn't"

"Mama..."

"You have no idea how worried you made me (Y/N)" Smoker leaned down and pulled her and Silver into a hug. He was careful about (Y/N)'s arms and back, only holding her lightly.

"You're staying with me from now on. Silver's coming too. I can't risk you getting hurt again." (Y/N) buried her face into his chest and smiled.

Doflamingo was sentenced to death after all the evidence was gathered. You had moved in with Smoker, Silver came with you. Smoker never hurted you nor shouted at you even if you did something wrong, which you rarely did.

"Smoker-kun, i brought you breakfast." Smoker sat up in bed to see you standing there with a tray of food for him.

"(Y/N), you didnt have to." Smoker was surprised and was hesitant on taking the food. (Y/N) smiled and walked over to his bed and placed the tray in front of him.

"It's your day off, you deserve it." Smoker looked down at the tray and moved it to the side. He grabbed (Y/N)'s arm lightly and pulled her down on top of him. She let out a squeak and her face fell into his shoulder. When she looked up at Smoker, he softly placed his lips on hers. She blushed but kissed back, letting her hands intertwine behind his neck, making the kiss deeper. He pulled away and looked into (Y/N)'s (E/C) eyes.

"aishiteru (Y/N)." Smoker kissed (Y/N) again and wrapped his arms around her waist. Little did both realise, that Silver had walked into the room.

"EWW! PAPA KISSED MAMA!" Silver ran out of the room screaming. (Y/N) and Smoker laughed at Silver's innocence.

"Heh, he's so cute" (Y.N) giggled, laying down next to Smoker. After Smoker ate his breakfast, he cuddled up with (Y/N), Silver joining them shortly after.
