Description

A little something I did to help out . For those of you who don't know, he's doing this awesome RTS Hyrule: Total War for Medieval: Total War. So far pretty much all I've been doing as he was working on it was prodding him to "change this, fix that". I figured it was time for me to stop being a backseat driver and actually help. Not like I know anything about 3D modeling anyway.

So I made some jewels to be used on the textures of Gerudos. I made three different colors and a cracked and un-cracked version of each. If I'm not mistaken they're going to be randomized on the models. But I think the cracked ones are reserved for Ganon. (And I mean the beast guy, not Ganondorf.) Although I guess Ganon is more like a moblin than a Gerudo...?

If you want to check out the Gerudo models, follow these links, or go to his gallery and look at all the models for the game so far. They really are amazing, especially for low-poly:

I don't really like 'em. Parts are crystal clear while others are blurry. The inconsistency makes them "pop" in all the wrong ways.

If you would read the comments, the metal part were made by UndyingNephalim, and I just took them off the texture, which was much smaller, so I could see what I was doing and work my own part on a layer on top of them. The jewels were sent to him by themselves so he could size them down to make them fit with the texture. The actual jewels are the only part that I did. This isn't an art piece, it's just a texture. Most likely you won't even be able to really see them in-game.
