Season 3 Episode 9 of Hannah Montana.

Tina, a choreographer portrayed by Carrie Ann Inaba, is accidentally shoved out of a window and takes a plunge to the hard ground. When asked if she’s alright, she moans out, “Noo.” The other dancers cringe as they watch Tina try to crawl away with a whimper, unable to stand up on her own.

In the hospital, Tina is confined to a full body cast for at least 6 months. One leg is held in a sling hanging from her bed frame. Both of her arms are propped up by bars. Tina struggles to speak for herself, unable to shake her head “no” at the proposition of being forced back to work. Her broken bones creak as her whole bed is rocked with movement, causing her to moan and whine about her constant pain.

Perhaps if she had just let herself be wheeled back to dance rehearsal, the spirits of her dancers wouldn’t be so broken.
