The details on all those crystals...just amazing! And what a fascinating concept...! Are those sketches on the side different shapes of clusters that can form? Like each entity has differently-shaped crystals?
GOSH this is just so amazing! Your creatures are always so incredible...! You can really tell that you have a lot of fun designing these.
I love designing creatures, but I have a hard time getting a good variety into them, so they all end up looking similar, and then I get discouraged D: You just have so many ideas that are so awesome and inspiring and it makes me wanna design moooooore~!

in the light of recent events I can't help but feel a nervous pang every time I see I got new activity on dA.. yeah, I"m being harrassed... as..I don't know if you've noticed. but I"m sure you can guess by whom.
but reading these kinds words form you really helps me get over that and feel happy about messages again!! ;__; so thank you!!
and the skecthes were possible variant that use other kinds of stones! so..yes, exactly! they all tend to gather one type of mineral for themselves, you wouldn't find one that has different stones! :3
I've been doing creature designs intensively for like.. a year now?
and just now I"ve reached the part where I make things, look at them and go "..hey! this is neat!!" so..it really is just a thing of doing! even better if you have fun doing it!
..I hope that one day, I can say the same about humanoids and/or landscapes ;_;
it's always so nice to hear that I am an inspiration.. I"ll do my best to keep on going!!

Oh my gooooddd
I can imagine being on and adventure and coming across one of these. Like it's lay down so it looks like just a bunch of normal mineral crystals and then it stands up and catches the sunlight and BOOM colour explosion ;A;
