Aww, they are so cute.I like how that black ones ears are so big, I heard some where that big ears means a faster dog, im not so sure how true that is but my fastest dog weighs 60 lbs and has 4 1/2 inch ears.I am hoping to get at least one addition to my kennel this spring which im really looking forward to.

That's a very diversified group of litters. How many puppies do you normally get from your female(s)?

These pups weren't actually bred by me - they belong to a friend. However, she has recently had some very large litters. The pups in the photo are actually nine from one litter and two older ones from a litter of four. The litter of nine were actually ten, but one was stillborn.

Her other litter this year was eight!

So far I have bred only one litter and I got a more normal 4 puppies. However....since I now have two bitches from my friend's line, I would expect some larger litters in future years. It will be VERY hard work!

My Sasha came from a litter of five, Vassi had six other siblings, and Mischa came from a very diversified litter of eleven (minus one stillborn.) Vassi's mom was solid white and his dad was red and white. Mischa's parents were both gray and white but their latest litter had puppies of all colors. We never had more than a litter of four puppies from Sasha so it would be interesting to see how many Mischa might have when she gets old enough to breed.

First,I must get this out of my system: EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPP!!!!

I've never seen so many beautiful puppies @____@ And bravo for getting them all to stay still and give an excellent shot!!!

Just because I feel the need to I must say the the gray (agouti?) cub looking as if he might pounce tends to be my personal favorite but they all are dolls! You must point out the hopefuls to come home with you! (the light one in front is dashing as well!)

Oh me oh my! Such a large litter but nevertheless a healthy looking bunch!

Well, the dark grey one (I think he'll turn out slate grey although it's difficult to tell at this stage!) was chosen by the first people who were wanting a boy, so he's obviously striking. From a show point of view he looks a little large at the moment, but it's rather random to decide at this age - you just have to guess!

In this photo there are the nine from one litter and the two from the older litter, so there look like there are more than there really are..if that makes any sense. Nine is an extraordinary litter, though.

lol, heres hoping!!! i get to see Danny's brothers and sisters soon hopefully. (i hope shes had them by now as according to dad she was "A baloon with 4 legs stuck on each corner" when he saw her last sunday, and she was a few days overdue. i wonder how many shes got in there)

It's certainly not easy. In this case they were quite tired after a lot of play, and their "mummy" was standing behind me waving a toy......

It still took five shots to get them looking in the right direction though.
