Raichu drawn for a friend of mine. She's been having an extremely tough time with well, everything lately.Couldn't Raichu a song so I drew'd you a picture.

Beautiful job! The entire image is so crisp, and the lineart so clean and detailed! I love the background too- it's fitting for the piece, and compliments it, but doesn't detract attention from the Raichu. Overall, amazing job!
