An actual flower. A flowerbed, to be precise, which attacked Hellion who, according to Beast, had, ahem, urinated on it just before. Thanks to Krakoa the Living Island who lives now at the grounds of Jean Grey School. Don't know if it's the original Krakoa, though.

Well, though in the very first issue of the series a Danger Room systems built in the whole school (not just ONE room now) was activated when he was in the said bathroom... maybe he has a bathroom-phobia now
