The title is a lie. That's just her face. Prior to becoming a vampire her look was more mischievous/sexy (for furries). But of course, post vampirism, she looks perpetually pissed off and ready to bite the throat out of any/everyone who crosses her path.

Confidentially, she's not actually the royal bitch she looks like. She really does try and be nice to people, but unfortunately, people just won't allow her to be a good person. So now, she kills people... and drinks their blood. And randomly slaughters entire towns/villages in fits of rage.
