This beautiful gown is based on the gown Lady Galadriel wears during the white council in Peter Jackson's screening of "The Hobbit- an Unexpected Journey". It is made of two layers of fabric. The first of which is a simple white strech fabric. The second layer is pure and tenuous white chiffon fabric. Long open sleeves and a beautiful train add the nobility an elven queen demands.
