And there we go. Feel like it could use a bit more work, but this is what happens when I colour. I take so bloody long, it holds up anything else I'm working on. While I know I've got a long way to go on my colour work and need as much practice as I can get, I'm still fairly happy with pieces like this despite the lazy shortcuts I take (hello, gausian blur backgrounds). But the less colour work I do, the more overall number of pieces I get done.

This is why I love when people want to do colour versions of my work. Whether just for practice or because they wanna see that lovely "volume" that comes with tone and shading, It makes me feel like there's an actual point to me even posting these.

Not that I don't love the comments and likes! The feedback - critical or complimentary - is always great. I'm as bad about responding to comments, requests and feedback as I am at working fast, so consider this piece a Thanks-for-your-patience piece for everyone who reaches out.
