I like the composition with the car filling the picture plane at an interesting "in your face" angle. The cobble stones give the car a great platform without distracting from the car itself.
Your proportions look good, and you did an excellent job on the extreme foreshortening. You did a really good job of capturing the lines and character of the Hispano Suzia.
You have a great range of values here. And great use of value changes to show the planes and contours of the body.
