No. I used a chalk and round brushes.

It's an honor! You might also want to check this out. ( I don't know if you already knew about this) Most of the artworks there were done with chalk brushes. (Actually, there's a Darth Maul artwork there, which inspired me to do this deviation haha) You might get something useful.
