I'Km inspecting all of your work carefully. I noticed your models being modelized with triangles ngons here. Is it personal choice or requirement by the developpers?
What's the diffrence?

Trust me there are no Ngons. They are a big no-no in game development and what we refer to as dirty mesh. The only reason the models are triangulated is because exported the models from Maya as an Obj, and imported them into max to light them. Obj tends to triangulate, other wise I work in quads as much as possible.
