A One Piece OC that's featured in my Fan Manga.

History: Kazue was born in Wano Country. While not born into a privileged youth, Kazues parents were known as two of the most accomplished Master bladesmtihs within the nation. His father, Okamato personally trained Kazue from the early age of six in the discipline of the samurai. Up until he was 14, Kazue lived a simple life in the country, a very humble and meek existence. He believed very strongly in the ways of his people and was willing to defend with his life, the honor of his country.
Everything changed however, when a powerful band of renegade pirates invaded the country. The people defended themselves valiantly and overtook the pirates who were forced to flee. In the struggle though, Kazues mother, Takeko, was slain in the battle.

Kazue's father swore to chase down the remaining pirates and avenge the death of his wife. The high ranking members of the nation however condemned his actions and warned him that if he were to leave Wano in such a state of self importance, he would never be able to return to his homeland. Okamato ignored their warning and after promising Kazue he would return home, he left his country in search of the bandits.

Kazue was left to look after his parents home for the next four years. During that time, Kazues very sense of justice fell under attack by his guilt for not going with his father, his anger toward the pirates that took his mother away from him, and the loyalty he had for the country he believed in.

Soon after his 18th birthday, Kazue received a package from a child who was fishing on the outskirts of the city. The child told him that a man wrapped in a large cloak gave him the package and told him to deliver it to him. The package was a sword who's blade was forged out of solid sapphire. A note was attached to it that said, "Fight only for what you believe in your heart is just." The note was signed by his father and would be the last he ever heard from him.

No longer able to live under the laws of his country, Kazue left the order of Wano and set out to find his own sense of justice. During his journey, Kazue enlisted with the marines and was stationed with the G-8 frontier fleet, commanded by Captain Coby.
