My dear Blacky is turning 15 today, so I wanted to celebrate a little by submitting this picture of him. It was taken only a month ago.He is still healthy (has never really been sick much) and hopefully he will be for many years to come!
I don't live at home where I grew up anymore, but Blacky does. It doesn't matter if I am gone for a week or a year, I can always depend on him sleeping in my bed with me every night that I am home.
I just love that guy!

I actually brought our dog out to take pictures of her, and Blacky just tagged along. I guess he wanted to be a model too!
Unfortunately we had to put him to sleep a month ago, he got hit by a car. It is so heartbreaking after so many years but at least I know he is in a good place now. So I am very glad he decided to join in on my photo shoot and let me get some nice shots of him
