hey shane, thanks for that first critique! yeah i know what ya mean about her butt, thats the price i pay in my style ya know, sacrificing form for flow, and that usually in the end is the battle im fightin, what to truncate, what to, you know, develop or complicate the form of more. i guess her ass lost out in that battle hahah, nah i wanted to keep the shape simple so yeah its a gamble. on the back hand, i think i know what ya mean, it woulda been a triangle but the hand guard over the knuckles complicated that negative space, know what i mean? again thanks for the critique and kind words man!

wow, man!.. this is such an intense pallette! you have an uncanny ability to capture the moment of action at its height! i'm wondering if you see all of this in your head before-hand, or does it kind of develop and flow as the illustration builds?
i sometimes plot out my art in advance, and sometimes i just see where a drawing takes me..so i thought i'd ask. amazing piece overall, bro. you DEFINITELY might wanna consider animation, your style has feature film written all over it!

uhh, let me see for this one i new up front the camera angle and body twist if i recall correct, everything else had to be sketch thought out haha like most of my stuff, i think on it as im drawin it, but i do create a plan of compo and lines of action, i dont go anywhere without those, i like to work with structure, i was in animation bout 7 or 8 yrs ago, for about 3 yrs but the industry died and i had to change careers, thanks wayne!

Everything just flows nice and even and you're not focusing on just on part of her - the energy blasts are a nice touch as well
